Aikaterini PALTAKI is a PhD candidate at the Department of Agricultural Economics, School of Agriculture, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Farm Management and an MSc in Agricultural Economics. The subject of her master’s thesis was “Exploring education needs of potential Agriculturalists on Precision Farming issues”. Her research interests include Sustainable Agriculture, Precision Farming, Bio-economics, Agri-food Management, Natural Resources and Climate change. She is currently involved in the activities of the Knowledge Alliance project SPARKLE.
