Alessandro Guadagni; he worked as project coordinator for the ENDuRE project (Knowledge Alliance 2014 - 2014 - 3136/001 - 001), for 6 Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships (two on-going), various LdV-TOI, an EuropeAid project and he is currently involved as project manager for the following Knowledge Alliance projects: SPARKLE, eTOMATO and IE3. He was also project coordinator for the program Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs.
His thematic areas of expertise are skill mismatch, socio-economic analysis in the fields of training and business development within EU, training of young people, workers, entrepreneurs in order to develop upskilling or reskilling process for professional employability.
Umberto Pascucci; associate and legal representative of ValueDo, he worked for Tuscany Region as government official on European project activities for ten years.
He worked on the project planning and evaluation of programs and development projects at local, regional and EU level, with special attention to the FESR programs and projects. He is currently involved in the activities of the Knowledge Alliance projects managed by ValueDo: SPARKLE, eTOMATO and IE3.
His thematic areas of expertise are technological and organizational innovation, change management, role of the public actor and of the innovation policies.
