PhD. Miguel Garrido Izard is an agronomist with a PhD degree in Agro-Engineering, specialist in Automation, Robotics and Quality Control, who has a solid background and experience in the field of Precision Agriculture and Livestock. He has being and active member of the LPF_Tagralia research group since 2010 by the participation in 8 research projects (3 International Public call; 4 National public calls; and 1 non-public call Project). During this time, its main research line (strengthen by 3 predoctoral and 1 posdoctoral research stay in international reference research centers) was centered in the use of different sensors on ground robots and agricultural machinery for developing of tasks as: plant phenotyping, collaboration and security between robots, animals monitoring, big data analytics, etc. This research period (9 years) allows him the publication of 15 articles in scientific journals (and 1 more under revision nowadays); 39 technical articles published (related to the agricultural machinery trials); 1 book, and 31 conference publications.
