Natalia Hernández Sánchez is a PhD in Agricultural Engineering (Excellent “Cum Laude”,
European Doctorate Mention) from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), Spain.
Currently she is Assistant Professor at “Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Agronómica,
Alimentaria y de Biosistemas” (UPM). She lectures on Agricultural Machinery related to
extensive and intensive crops, with expertise in specialty crops such as olive trees and
vineyards. She is Coordinator of the Official Training Unit in Madrid for
Inspectors of Pesticide Application Equipment.
